Urban Decay Naked Palette Dupes

Ever since I finally got my hands on the Urban Decay Naked Palette I have become increasingly aware of how many companies out there are trying to replicate the colors and idea of the perfect neutral, natural, naked eyeshadow palette. For those of you out there who have not been lucky enough to get your paws on this palette, here are a few much more readily-available, budget-friendly "dupes" for the popular $48.00 Urban Decay Naked Palette.

e.l.f's Essential Beauty Book in Neutral Eye Edition is actually as close to a dupe for the Naked Palette as it gets! I was super impressed when I looked up swatches and compared to the Urban Decay swatches to see that they are virtually the same! 12 shadows and one eyeliner for only $5.00? I think everyone needs to own this palette, including myself! However, I do not own it yet so I can not compare the quality of this to the Urban Decay Naked Palette, but for this low price, you can't really go wrong.

Surprisingly, I was searching for some new sunglasses for this summer because naturally, I lose every pair I own by the time summer rolls around again, when I decided to look through the beauty and accessory section in Forever21 and spotted two palettes that seem to closely replicate the colors in my Naked Palette. The two palettes are the Natural 10 Eyeshadow Palette and the Smokey 10 Eyeshadow Palette.

Left to Right: Natural 10 Eyeshadow Palette and Smokey 10 Eyeshadow Palette

Personally I can not speak for the quality of these palettes, but if you are looking for some close dupes I would definitely pick up both of these palettes since the smokey has the grey and sparkly black replicating Gunmetal and Creep while the natural palette has colors close to Naked and Buck and since they are each just $6.80, they are worth a try if you ask me.

As well, NYX has come out with their Nude On Nude palette that includes 20 eyeshadows and 10 lips colors for just $25.00. The eyeshadows in this palette also seem to duplicate many of the colors found in the Naked Palette and some additional colors that can be mixed to create near perfect color matches to Naked Palette shadows. Again, I can not personally speak for the quality of these shadows, but I have heard great things about NYX eyeshadows in general.

Tarte's Femme Naturale Eye Palette packs 10 Eyeshadows duplicating Sidecar, Half Baked, Creep, and Buck with a duo shadow brush and duo eyeliner for $44.00. This is very pricy and up there with the Naked Palette at $48, but I thought I would include this incase anyone out there is willing to shell-out the cash, but just can't seem to find a Naked Palette available in stores around your area. Personally I would recommend buying this only as a last-resort if you could absolutely never get within 100 miles of the Naked Palette because the price is just about the same and you may as well just get a Naked Palette if you were going to get this as a dupe for it.

Hopefully a few of these dupes will give you girls the "Naked" eyes you crave!

and as far as this post is concerned, I absolutely LOVE my naked palette. I use it every day! and it makes total sense everyone is creating their own dupe bc it's the best :-)

Hey,

I wrote a review on the F21 Love & Beauty Natural Palette, and I gave it a grade of C+. The quality was quite poor. :(
